For the WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022, the regulations which have been included in this Audit Tool are from 5A (Chapter 1, Part 1.1) to 675ZY (Chapter 10, Part 10.7A, Division 6).

For the WHS (General) Regulations 2022, the regulations which have been included in this Audit Tool are from 6 (Chapter 1, Part 1.1) to 529J (Chapter 8, Part 8A.3).

Which regulations are excluded in SafetyComply?

For the WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022, the regulations which have been excluded from this Audit Tool are from 675ZZ (Chapter 10, Part 10.7B) to 750 (Chapter 11, Part 11.5).

For the WHS (General) Regulations 2022, the regulations which have been excluded from this Audit Tool are from 530 (Chapter 9) to 736 (Chapter 11, Part 11.5).
