WA’s purpose-built online WHS audit platform for Mines and General Regulations 2022.
This tool was developed by Taits Consulting to help mine operators and businesses who work within the mining or other industries in Western Australia to complete a compliance audit on the respective elements within the WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022 and/or WHS (General) Regulations 2022. It also helps users of this tool to quickly refer to different elements within the regulations that may be applicable for their organisation or of interest.

For the WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022, the regulations which have been included in this Audit Tool are from 5A (Chapter 1, Part 1.1) to 675ZY (Chapter 10, Part 10.7A, Division 6).
For the WHS (General) Regulations 2022, the regulations which have been included in this Audit Tool are from 6 (Chapter 1, Part 1.1) to 529J (Chapter 8, Part 8A.3).
Which regulations are excluded in SafetyComply?
For the WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022, the regulations which have been excluded from this Audit Tool are from 675ZZ (Chapter 10, Part 10.7B) to 750 (Chapter 11, Part 11.5).
For the WHS (General) Regulations 2022, the regulations which have been excluded from this Audit Tool are from 530 (Chapter 9) to 736 (Chapter 11, Part 11.5).
